Kinnelon Offers Summer Strength & Conditioning Program for Kids 8–14

No experience necessary for the twice-weekly workouts at Municipal Field, which focus on agility, speed, and team-building.

KINNELON, NJ — Kinnelon is bringing back its youth Strength and Conditioning Program this summer, open to borough residents between the ages of 8 and 14.

The program runs Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. beginning June 23 at Municipal Field behind Town Hall.

Workouts are designed to build strength, agility, flexibility, and speed through age-appropriate team-building exercises and activities. No prior experience is required.

In addition to physical fitness, the program will incorporate lessons on healthy eating habits, mindfulness exercises, and positive motivation.

The cost is $20 per child for the first two children in a family, with a $30 per-family cap. Registration is available through participants' Community Pass accounts.
