Middle School Cross-Country Team Ready to Run
Team will participate in its first meet next week.
The first ever cross-country team at Walter T. Bergen Middle School is ready to begin its season. The team is composed of 24, fifth-, sixth-, seventh-, and eighth-graders.
Vincent Fredericks is the team’s coach. The team will face off against Boonton Township in its first meet Sept. 25.
“The school wishes all runners the best of luck,” said principal Frank Verducci. “Go Bobcats!”
