Ringwood Man Charged With Sexual Assault of Woman, 19
The following arrest information was supplied by the Kinnelon Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
A 19-year-old Ringwood man was charged with two counts of sexual assault and two counts of a criminal sexual act after police said he sexually assaulted a 19-year-old woman in a car in the back of the on May 1.
Richard G. Neuner II was arrested on Friday at 11:50 a.m. in the Borough of Wanaque.
According to Richard G. Neuner III was text messaging the alleged victim casually Friday when they agreed to meet for coffee. Police said Neuner picked up the victim at a friend’s house and immediately drove her to the rear of the school.

The victim told police that while the vehicle was parked, Neuner allegedly sexually assaulted her.
The victim went to the police department to report the assault the following day, police said.

Kinnelon Det. Matthew Solari, along with the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office and the Wanaque Police Department conduced the investigation. Neuner was sent to the Morris County jail in lieu of $150,000.
