The following information has been provided by the Cedar Grove Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

April 24: A 59-year-old Irvington man was arrested after a police investigation of a stolen wallet from a Verona woman on April 12, at Foodtown, 597 Pompton Ave.
Police identified Charles E. Demnon by Foodtown's surveillance system and was processed on two charges of theft for the woman's wallet and credit cards. Demnon was released pending a Superior Court Arraignment in Newark on May 2.
April 24: Police reported to an accident, at 9:04 a.m., where a vehicle hit a deer on North Mountain Avenue causing minor front end damage.

April 25: A 42-year-old Freehold man was arrested, at 12:52 p.m., for driving with a suspended license.
Jose J. Mendez-Larios also had an outstanding traffic warrant from the Asbury Park Court. He was processed and released pending appearances in Asbury Park and Cedar Grove municipal courts.

April 26: A 33-year-old Elizabeth man was arrested, at 6:05 a.m., for driving with a suspended North Carolina license.
Jose A. Palacios-Cedeno was processed and released pending a municipal court appearance.
April 26: Police investigated a South Mountain residency that was broken into stealing a 50 feet of copper tubing, which was under construction.
A neighbor reported a man in the house and a grey minivan parked in front at 7 p.m. on April 24. The theft is still under investigation.
April 27: A 25-year-old man was arrested, at 5:46 p.m., at CVS, 387 Pompton Ave., for attempting to alter his doctors's prescription to Oxycontin, a Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS).
Demir Dauti was also charged with driving with a suspended license. He was processed and released pending a Superior Court Arraignment, May 3.
April 28: A 24-year-old Irvington man was charged, at 8:31 p.m., for driving an uninsured and unregistered vehicle.
Menard Derosena was cited for the violations and released pending a municipal court appearance. His 2000 Hyundai was impounded.
April 29: A 27-year-old Maplewood woman was arrested, at 12:35 a.m., for driving with a suspended license.
Geraldine Batroni was processed and released pending a municipal court appearance.
April 29: A 51-year-old Cedar Grove woman was arrested, at 7:36 p.m., for driving with a suspended license.
Simone A. Roberts was also wanted on an outstanding traffic warrant from the Fort Lee Court. She was processed and released on the charges after posting bail.
