(Aug. 23, 20117) – Roseland Residential Trust today announced that The Highlands at Hilltop, a collection of one- and two-bedroom luxury apartments in Verona, has been recognized by three separate organizations for exhibiting a level of resident satisfaction that’s unmatched in New Jersey.

Roseland, a subsidiary of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE: CLI), today announced the following:

·      J Turner Research recently ranked The Highlands at Hilltop as having the best online reputation in New Jersey. The Highlands tied for highest rank among New Jersey communities in the company’s ORA (Online Reputation Assessment) Power Rankings, which look at the impact of online ratings and reviews on a renter’s decision to visit a property. Published in partnership with Multifamily Executive, ORA Power Rankings are based on a compilation of a community’s ratings across a variety of review sites. A score based on a scale of 0 to 100 is assigned to over 64,000 properties across the United States, and while the average ORA score in New Jersey is 62, The Highlands scored 92.

·      The Highlands at Hilltop received the inaugural ApartmentRatings Top Rated Award. To be eligible for the exclusive award, a residential community must have a minimum of 10 total reviews, with at least five reviews posted in 2016, and a “Recommend Score” of 70 percent or higher. Only five percent of properties listed on ApartmentRatings qualified for this year’s award. 

·      SatisFacts bestowed its Resident Satisfaction Insite® Award on The Highlands at Hilltop. To qualify for the award, a community must receive a combined score of 4.5 or higher across all sections of its Insite Survey, and must have a minimum of 100 completed surveys.
