The Verona High School Chapter of the National Art Honor Society will sponsor the Annual Creative Arts Festival 2011.
Verona High School students will once again exhibit their creative endeavors from this year’s curricular and extracurricular activities on Wednesday evening May 25th from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Parents, families, friends, and the community are invited to attend the annual event, which will be held in the front lobby, the new gym, and the cafeteria.
All VHS art and graphics students will participate by exhibiting their artwork, helping with workshops, and by setting up the displays and decorations for the evening. Mrs. Sherman, the art teacher, is the faculty advisor for the event.

The evening will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the front lobby with instrumental and vocal performances by students of Mr. Lynch, Mr. Morden, Mrs. Hamilton and Mrs. Szybist. VHS student Daniel Li will be playing the piano in the new gym throughout the evening. At 8:15 p.m. in the cafeteria, The VHS Spotlight Players, under Mrs. Ahmuty’s guidance, will perform student directed one-act plays.
Cold drinks and snacks may be purchased from the DECA Store of VHS. It is located near the entrance of the cafeteria.
