Expert to Lecture On Autism and the Law at The Children’s Institute
Free lecture on March 15 is open to the public.

“Autism and the Law: Special Education Issues for Preschool and Elementary Years,” led by Evelina Padilla, Esq., of Hinkle, Fingles & Prior is the topic of a free, upcoming educational forum, to be held at The Children’s Institute, on March 15 from 7-9 p.m.

About the Presenter: Padilla is dedicated to providing legal representation to people with disabilities and their families. She has experience in special education, children’s issues, public entitlements and a broad range of administrative issues. For two years, she served as a law clerk for the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law.
She served as a clinical law student at the Rutgers Newark Special Education Clinic. As a Governor’s Executive Fellow at the Eagleton Institute of Politics, she worked at the New Jersey Department of Education, Legislative Services, reviewing and monitoring legislation. She holds a law degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Newark. She serves on the Advisory Board of the Family Support Center of New Jersey and is a member of the New Jersey, New York and Florida bars.
