Police charged Michael Burggraf with possession and distribution of narcotics on Oct. 14 following a two month narcotics bureau investigation that resulted in search warrants being issued for his person, vehicle and his Myrtle Avenue residence.

Among the items seized by police upon execution of the warrants were 27 bags of marijuana, packaged for distribution in small amounts, and a larger bag containing marijuana. They also found seven capsules of the prescription ADHD drug, Vyvanse, six Ecstasy pills packaged for distribution, and numerous other drug paraphernalia items such as a digital scale and Ziploc bags.
