On Saturday Dec. 10, Verona Police P.B.A. Local 72 held their 3rd annual “Christmas Tree Drive” at Hillcrest Farms on Bloomfield Avenue. Members loaded Christmas Trees onto pickup trucks and delivered them to area families.
“A Christmas tree is a symbol of joy, holiday spirit, and above all, a symbol of hope. We wanted to give a little of that to a few people who needed it”, said Anthony Condorelli, who is the creator and founder of the event.
All the Christmas Trees and stands were purchased from Hillcrest Farms in Verona.
