Verona Planning Board Meeting Cancelled

1) Tonight's Verona Planning Board meeting scheduled for 7:30 p.m. has been cancelled. The next meeting is Jan. 27.

2) The Cedar Grove Library, 1 Municipal Plz., is holding its weekly story time for children this morning starting at 10 a.m.

3) St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Essex Fells, 271 Roseland Ave., opens its OpShop today, selling clothing, accessories, jewelry, home goods, vintage collectables, art, books and more. The shop will be open from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

4) Express Yourself Studios, 1912 Springfield Ave., Maplewood, is holding its weekly Crafty Toddlers workshop. Children ages 2-4 can come and make craft projects with paint, clay, glue and other materials. 5) The American Red Cross is offering lifeguard and CPR training classes at the Caldwell Community Center, 1 Provost Sq., Caldwell. Class size is limited, so call the community center for additional information, 973-228-POOL. Class is held from 5:30-10 p.m.
