11:23 PM Officer Ed Carattini and the Verona Department of Public Works responded to a Mt. Prospect Avenue residence on a report of water damage due to a flooded basement.

12:46 AM Officer Ed Carattini responded to an Afterglow Avenue residence and took a report of water damage due to flooding.

11:20 AM Officer Robert Shafer responded to a Bloomfield Avenue business and took a report of an illegal entry into a vehicle. Nothing appears to be missing at this time.

4:31 PM Officer Michael Barone took a report of an attempted burglary at a Grove
Avenue residence. Damage was observed to several window screens, however, no entry was gained.

5:16 PM Officer Page Parsels responded to a Grove Avenue residence and took a report of a political sign taken from a front lawn.

9:30 PM Officer Michael Barone took a report of attempted fraud from a Linden Avenue resident.

7:22 AM Officer Joseph Ballantyne responded to a Hillcrest Terrace residence and took a report of a burglary. The resident reported sometime during the night entrance was gained to his home by cutting a screen on a window. Cash from several wallets as well as change were taken. Detective Harrington is investigating.

10:32 AM Sgt. Daniel Greco took a report of fraud from a Linden Avenue resident. The resident reported several unauthorized charges on his credit card.

11:34 AM Officer Joseph Ballantyne took a report of malicious mischief from a
Claremont Avenue resident.

8:11 PM Officer Timothy Banta took a report of an earlier dispute between two drivers on Linden Avenue. Each was advised of complaint procedures.
