Visiting Verona This Weekend?
If you're stopping by Verona or The Caldwells this weekend for open houses or just for fun, check out some of my favorite things in Verona

Start your day in Verona with an energizing coffee, tea or smoothie rom PositiviTea on Bloomfield Ave. PositivTea has a wide selection of healthy (vegan) food and drinks like the “Chocolate Bliss Tea”
(This super food healthy, antioxidant heavy, & chocolaty treat will warm your heart & lift your spirits! The blend is mixed with organic cacao nibs, organic vanilla rooibos, organic raw cacao powder, & organic Vietnamese cinnamon powder. A true chocolate lover’s calling, bold & rich, not overly sweet. Sweeten with a splash of Raw Agave to seal the deal.)
Take your drinks to go and walk over to Verona Park- a 55 acre park designed by the Olmsted Brothers (designers of Central Park in New York.) There’s a huge lake you can walk around, a playground, fishing and plenty of open space for laying out in the sun. A few times a year the park hosts arts and crafts fairs with food, shopping and activities. If it’s a nice day, rent a paddle boat from the boathouse on the south side of the park. The boathouse also serves food if you work up an appetite. If you are looking for a special meal make a reservation at Ariane Kitchen & Bar. It’s one of the top rated restaurants in our area serving seasonal comfort food.........
