Water Main Break In Verona Shuts Down Multiple Roads
Police: Water discoloration is occurring, but issues should subside over the "next several hours."
A water main break on Durrell Street in Verona on Monday morning forced the closure of multiple roads and caused water discoloration in the area.
According to the Verona Police Department, the break took place on Durrell Street at Grove Avenue.
Police closed Durrell Street, as well as Grove Avenue southbound from Ozone Avenue to Lynwood Road.

In addition, water discoloration occurred in the area, police reported.
“Issues should subside over the next several hours,” the VPD stated in a release at 8:51 a.m.
