• New Jersey Datacenter Fined $1.1M For Dozens Of Unpermitted Generators (sej.org) — New Jersey environmental regulators have hit a Vineland AI datacenter with a record $1.07 million fine for allegedly running at least 45 gas-powered generators without required state permits. The Microsoft-linked DataOne facility, already controversial for noise and zoning disputes, sits about 40 miles from Philadelphia and is slated to power a multibillion-dollar AI deal, raising big questions about oversight and neighborhood impacts.

- We are searching for a concrete company's for quotes to see if we can afford this project to pour concrete on a small area (approx, 3ft x 6-8ft pad) so we can access an area in our backyard.
