Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Entertains Patients At K. Hovnanian Children's Hospital
Local Real Estate Office Gives Back to Community

SPRING LAKE, N.J. – (May 20, 2016) – A dozen volunteers from the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage real estate office in Spring Lake spent quality time with young patients at K. Hovnanian Children's Hospital at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune for the statewide Coldwell Banker Cares Day event in April.
“It was a great feeling to bring smiles and laughter to children who are facing a difficult time. We had a wonderful day entertaining them,” said Anita Kruse, a sales associate affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Spring Lake and the office’s Cares Ambassador.
During the three-hour event at the pediatrics unit, the volunteers led the children in arts and crafts, gave them handmade bracelets and homemade cookies, and welcomed visits from Elmo and Cookie Monster.

All 52 real estate offices affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y. gave back to local communities via charitable efforts as part of the fourth annual Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares Day event. In total, more than 700 volunteers worked a combined 3,000-plus hours during Cares Day. They collected multiple carloads of food, clothes and other needed goods, as well as more than $9,000 in financial donations for local charities through Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares.
