DWI Checkpoint To Be Held In Wall

The checkpoint will run from 11 p.m. Friday through 3 a.m. Saturday on Route 34.

The Monmouth County DWI Task force will conduct a DWI checkpoint in Wall to detect drivers under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

The checkpoint will run from 11 p.m. Friday through 3 a.m. Saturday on Route 34.

Task force members and Wall police will pull vehicles from the northbound lanes into the Investors Savings Bank parking lot to determine driver’s sobriety, according to Brielle Police Chief Michael W. Palmer, the task force coordinator.
