DWI, Drug, Warrant Arrests: Wall Police Blotter
The arrests occurred from July 14 to July 20, police said.

WALL, NJ — Wall Township police reported a number of driving while intoxicated and CDS arrestes from July 14 through July 20.
The report follows.
JULY 14
At 1 a.m., Patrolman Hughes arrested Joseph M. Skeba Jr., 51, of Allentown, on an active warrant out of Highland Park Municipal Court for $81 subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 195. After processing, he posted bail and was released with a pending court date.

At 10:10 p.m., Patrolman Whitman arrested Gino Riquetti, 18, of Neptune City; Vincent Tremarco, 18, of Neptune City, and Jake Borden, 18, of Neptune, on charges of possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia, following a suspicious vehicle call on Butler Way. They were all processed and released on summons with pending court dates.
JULY 15
At 1:59 a.m., Patrolman Drackwicz arrested driver, Vincenzo Danio, 40, of Staten Island, NY, on charges of driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop on 18th Avenue in the area of Rue De La Port. Additionally, the passenger, Noah Pacifico, 44, of Madison, was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana under 50 grams. Both were processed and released on summons with a pending court date.

At 2:48 a.m., Patrolman Roland arrested Lawrence Baczo, 26, of Wall, on a charge of driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on Belmar Boulevard in the area of New Bedford Road. He was processed and released on summons with a pending court date.
At 9:19 a.m., Patrolman Mason arrested Tommie D. Clark Jr., 22, of Jackson, on charges of possession of marijuana under than 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Route 138 near the area of Newman Lane. Clark also was found to have two active warrants out of Jackson Municipal Court totaling $500. After processing, he posted bail and was released with a pending court date.
At 1:55 p.m., Patrolman Mason arrested Ashley M. Graci, 23, of Toms River, and Christian E. Nietschke, 21, of Middletown, on charges of possession of Xanax, possession of marijuana under than 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia subsequent to a suspicious vehicle investigation on Route 138 near Allenwood Road. After processing, Graci and Nietschke were released on a summons with a pending court date.
At 8:35 p.m., Patrolman Corey Whitman arrested Michael Deflora, 35, of Belmar, on an active warrant out of Sea Girt Municipal Court for $500. After processing, he posted bail and was release with a pending court date.
At 10:32 p.m., Patrolman Orender arrested Robert Schirripa Jr., 37, of Freehold, on charges of driving while intoxicated and possession of heroin subsequent to a first aid call at the intersection of Route 35 and 18th Avenue. Wall EMS responded to the scene and transported Schrippa to Jersey Shore University Medical Center for medical evaluation. He was later processed at Wall Police headquarters and released with a complaint summons and pending court date.
At 11:15 p.m., Patrolman Baker arrested Ryane Bondi, 22, of Jackson, on charges of possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Route 34 near Ridgewood Road. After processing, she was released with her complaint summons and a pending court date.
JULY 16
At 1:14 a.m., Patrolman McKay arrested Andrew Goddard, 50, of Manahawkin, on charges of possession of marijuana under 50 grams and driving while intoxicated subsequent to a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident investigation on Route 138 and Old Mill Road. After processing, he was released on complaint summons with a pending court date.
At 9:42 a.m., Patrolman Swenson arrested Joseph G. Birdsall, 30, of Point Pleasant Beach, on charges of possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Route 34 near Paynters Road. After processing, he was released on complaint summons with a pending court date.
JULY 17
At 12:16 a.m., Patrolman McKay arrested Stephanie Marques, 50, of Allentown, on a charge of driving while intoxicated subsequent to a motor vehicle stop at 1517 Route 138. She was processed and released on summons with a pending court date.
At 1:30 a.m., Patrolman Drackwicz arrested James Cannizzaro, 23, of Staten Island, NY, on a charge of driving while intoxicated subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Route 34 near Allenwood Road. After processing, he was released with a pending court date.
At 11 p.m., Patrolman Lacher arrested Qwashawn Peterson, 21, of Trenton, on a charge of hindering his own apprehension subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on 138 near Marconi Road. Patrolman Lacher also arrested passenger Norissa Hilton, 19, of Braddock, Pa., on a charge of possession of marijuana under 50 grams. After processing, Peterson and Hilton were released with their complaint summonses and pending court date.
JULY 18
At 1:17 a.m., Patrolman Orender arrested Jesse Ramirez, 22, of Jackson, on a charge of driving while intoxicated subsequent to a motor vehicle stop at 1770 Route 34. After processing, he was released with a pending court date.
At 12:09 p.m., Patrolman Margadonna arrested passenger Christopher Mobley, 21, of Neptune, on a charge of hindering his own apprehension subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Atlantic Avenue near Trenton Avenue. He was additionally arrested on an active Monmouth County Sheriff’s Department wanted persons warrant and a warrant out of Neptune Municipal Court for $900. Judge Joseph Defino set bail at $1,000. After processing, Mobley was transported to Monmouth County Correctional Institute in default of bail.
At 5:27 p.m., Patrolman Cacciatore responded to Phillipsburg Police Department and arrested Megan E. Kreger, 20, of Milford, on two active warrants out of Wall Municipal Court totaling $1,000. She was transported to Monmouth County Correctional Institute in default of bail.
At 7:15 p.m., Patrolman Mason arrested Anthony Delgado Jr., 19, of th Bergen, on charges of possession of marijuana less than 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Route 138 near the area of Allenwood Rd. After processing, Delgado Jr. was released with a pending court date.
JULY 19
At 11:43 a.m., Patrolman Baldino arrested Jacquelin Varygiannes, 27, of Brielle, on a charge of driving while intoxicated subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Route 138 near the Howell border. After processing, Varygiannes was released with a pending court date.
JULY 20
At 12:16 a.m., Patrolman Caccitore arrested Mahmoud H. Mahmoud, 22, of Old Bridge, on an active warrant out of Old Bridge Municipal Court for $500 subsequent to a motor vehicle stop on Route 138 near Brinley Road. After processing, he posted bail and was released with a pending court date.
