Farm-to-Table Goes Convenient for New Jersey

Born out of necessity Fresh kitchen is inspired by the need for a truly nutritious option that is delicious!

While traveling throughout the world, Mike Nitto was constantly on the search to find restaurants that provided healthy, nutritious meals while his work kept him constantly on the go. Across both coasts, Mike's dissatisfaction grew until he created a solution: a restaurant dedicated to nutrition as well as taste. Determined to build a restaurant centered around honest food, and honest nutrition, Mike partnered with Chris Burgess, a chef who shared the same passion for providing nutritious, and delicious food. Over 18 months, together, they cultivated and championed a template for their vision of clean eating. Amazing flavor combinations, high nutrient dense foods in peak season, a variety of guest selected foods and vehicles, responsibly sourced ingredients, and absolute nutritional integrity in the preparation is the mission of Fresh Kitchen.

In order to provide highly nutritious food and to give customers control over their meals, the Fresh Kitchen team decided on a made to order style. Guests personalize by adding ingredients to build their own meal, knowing that every option at Fresh Kitchen is a nutritious one. Honoring the idea “we do the cooking, you create the meal”.

With their revolutionary menu and mission to make the world a better place to eat, Fresh Kitchen is opening their flagship store in Sea Girt, NJ on July 23rd with a Ribbon Cutting set at 12pm. With numerous giveaways and a bike raffle the Grand Opening will be a fun time for the whole family to come check out a new way of eating!
