Have You Seen Them? Credit Cards Stolen From Wall Cars Used In Nearby Towns

Wall Township police are seeking the public’s help in identifying two men who were seen on surveillance video who were believed to be using credit cards stolen Wednesday during a rash of vehicle burglaries.

Wall Police Chief Robert L. Brice said police responded about 10 a.m. Wednesday to the West Belmar section for the report of multiple vehicle burglaries at private homes. The victims believe the burglaries happened between midnight and 6 a.m. on Wednesday. At least two of the vehicles were believed to be locked but four others were unlocked, he said.

Items stolen from the vehicles included cash, credit cards, electronic devices and sunglasses.

Some of the stolen credit cards were used Wednesday morning between 8 and 10 a.m. at various stores in Brick and Point Pleasant, inlcudind Wal-Mart, Stop and Shop, Home Depot, Dunkin Donuts, and Sunoco.
