Choreographed to today's hottest music, Jazzercise is a fusion of dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga and kickboxing which is a great combination for weight loss and muscle toning!

We offer 29 weekly classes which are comprised of regular Jazzercise, Core, Fusion, Lite/Lo, Strength45, Strength60 and Strike.
