Looking For Summer Interns!

Manasquan based American Cancer Society office seeks summer interns to help with all aspects of planning and executing our annual Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk to take place in Point Pleasant Beach on Sunday, October 16, 2016.

Interns will help with public relations, marketing, event coordination and outreach to secure in-kind donations.

Desired skill set: creative, innovative and resourceful individual with computer skills including Microsoft ExcelWord, refined interpersonal skills and excellent writing skills.  Social media skills a plus.

The American Cancer Society's Making Strides Against Breast Cancer is a powerful and inspiring event that unites communities to celebrate people who have battled breast cancer, educate people about the steps they need to take to reduce their risk of getting breast cancer or find it early when it's most treatable, and raise money to make a difference.

Making Strides is more than just the name of the walk; it describes the progress we're making together to save lives from breast cancer.
