Monmouth County Man Sexually Assaulted 2 7-Year-Olds, Beat Them With A Belt: Complaint
The Eatontown man was responsible for caring for the children during the summer of 2015 in Wall Township, the complaint said.

WALL, NJ — An Eatontown man has been charged with sexually assaulting two 7-year-old children and beating both and a third child with a belt in Wall Township during the summer of 2015, according to a criminal complaint.
Clint P. Lanno, 36, of Eatontown, had oral sex with the two 7-year-olds and sexually penetrated both on multiple occasions while they were under his care in Wall during that summer, according to the complaint released by the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office. He was arrested Thursday and is being held in lieu of $900,000 cash bail, according to jail records.
Additionally, he beat both children and a third child, hitting them repeatedly with a belt, according to the complaint.

Lanno is charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault on a child under the age of 13; two counts of aggravated sexual assault on a child more than 4 years younger than him (the complaint notes he was 28 years than the two children at the time of the assaults); two counts of endangering the welfare of a child by debauching the morals of a child; and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child by abuse or neglect in connection with the belt beatings. The age of the third child was not indicated.

Lanno's bail was set at $900,000 cash, no 10 percent, by Superior Court Judge Honora Kilgallen, and he remained in the Monmouth County Correctional Institution Sunday evening.
