• Attempted Vehicle Burglaries Reported In Wall, Police Say (patch.com) — Wall residents are being alerted after two 15-year-olds from Neptune were arrested in connection with attempted vehicle burglaries on Quaker Street early Sunday morning. Wall Township police say officers responded just before 1 a.m., chased one suspect on foot, and used a perimeter to locate the second, charging both on juvenile complaints and releasing them to guardians pending Family Court proceedings.

• Wall field hockey cruises for home win over Manasquan (nj.com subscription) — Wall High School's field hockey team earned a dominant 4–0 home win over Manasquan, highlighted by two goals from Charlotte Switzer and strong all-around offense. Wall controlled play with 17 shots and 17 penalty corners while allowing just one shot. Goalie Grace Hendrickson needed only one save to secure the shutout and improve Wall's record to 3-1-1.
