Prosecutor: Wall Man Sexually Assaulted Two Girls

The girls, who were assaulted in Toms River, both were under the age of 10 at the time, officials said.

A Wall Township man is being held in the Ocean County Jail on charges he sexually assaulted two girls who both were under age 10 at the time of the assaults, according to the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office.

Gaven D. Alexander, 40, faces two charges each of aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child, said Al Della Fave, spokesman for the prosecutor’s office.

The two victims, who know Alexander, allege he sexually assaulted them on numerous occasions. Both were under the age of 10 at the time of the assaults, which occurred in Toms River, Della Fave said,

Alexander was arrested Thursday by Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office Detective Anthony Paciulli and Toms River Police Detective Jennifer Grob. His bail was set at $500,000 cash, Della Fave said.
