New Jersey artists Willilam Beam, Lorraine DeProspo, Karin Lowney-Seed, Ellen Martin and Anthony Migliaccio will be featured in the exhibition. “Whether you like abstract or representational painting, you will find something to love,” says Martin.

Karin Lowney-Seed usually paints in a series, and her colorful and refreshing paintings of koi are represented in the exhibit. Tony Migliaccio, a popular painter on the Jersey Shore, will be exhibiting a selection of his plein air and studio landscape paintings. William Beam, Ellen Martin, and Lorraine DeProspo create paintings that could be described as tonal, and yet they are completely different. Beam’s work bridges the gap between realism and abstraction. Martin’s is monochromatic, colorful and textural; and DeProspo’s work is monochromatic, soothing, and smooth.

“I’m happy to be working with Jon on this project – it’s a great partnership. Because I don’t have a space of my own, I’m always on the lookout for people who will partner with me to present an art exhibition,” says Martin. “I started the Jersey Artist Registry in 2013 to celebrate the talent of visual artists in our state, and have put on several exhibitions with the group. When Jon and I decided to work together, Jon looked through the site and choose both the artists and works he thought would work the best for his clientele. It’s great for the artists to be working with a designer like this.” she continued. http://jerseyartistregistry
