A serious N.J. highway accident left several injured on Thursday morning, according to state transportation officials.  The Garden State Parkway accident apparently involved an overturned car at Exit 98 in the Wall Township area around 7:40 a.m., according to officials.The State Police said the accident was at mile-marker 95.6 involving a Mazda pickup truck that overturned after striking a guardrail.
