Steve Porzio Returns to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is proud to announce that multi-million-dollar real estate agent Steve Porzio has returned to the company at its Spring Lake sales office.

Porzio has achieved the coveted NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award at the uppermost Platinum Level annually from 2016-18, selling over $25 million in homes each year. A lifelong Monmouth County resident who resides in Tinton Falls, Porzio has excelled at the local real estate business since earning his license in 2007. He was previously affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage from 2009-2017 and is returning home from RE/MAX.

Porzio said that while he had a positive experience during the last two years, “I felt the tools at Coldwell Banker are better suited for my business, along with the corporate environment.”

Prior to real estate, Porzio graduated from the University of Phoenix with a bachelor’s degree in business management and IT and spent 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry as an associate director in clinical research. As a side business, Porzio owned and operated a successful Grease Monkey franchise for 25 years. He serves as a member of the Zoning Board of Adjustments in Tinton Falls and is the president of Hyde Park, a Townhome Complex in Tinton Falls. Porzio has also served on various Monmouth Ocean Regional Realtors committees. He has personal involvement in organizations such as the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
