Teen Charged With Careless Driving After Route 34 Crash In Wall: Police
The teen was issued a motor vehicle summons for following a Jeep too closely, police said.

WALL, NJ -- A Hillsborough teen has been charged with careless driving after he sideswiped a Jeep and caused his own car to overturn on Route 34 on Sunday, Wall police said.
Brett J. Magliaro, 18, of Hillsborough, was driving a 2012 Honda Civic north in the right lane on Route 34 on Sunday afternoon, Wall Lt. Greg Carpino said. Magliaro was behind a 2008 Jeep Liberty driven by a 23-year-old Marlboro woman when traffic slowed, Carpino said.
Magliaro, who Carpino said was following the Jeep Liberty too closely, sideswiped the Jeep and lost control of the Honda, which overturned onto its roof in the left lane of Route 34 near Belmar Boulevard.
