On Friday, May 2, 2014, the Wall Intermediate School Band, Choir and Orchestra won five prestigious trophies for their outstanding performance in the “Music In The Parks” competition, at Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, N.J. The students won first place in all four divisions (Concert Band, Jazz Band, Combined Choir, and Orchestra) and also walked away with the “best overall” award, for their amazing Jazz Band performance. Congratulations to all of the students who prepared so diligently, and a special thank you to Mr. Bryant, Wall Intermediate School’s band and jazz band director; Mrs. Nicole Castaldo, the orchestra director; and Mrs. Naomi Capasso, Wall Intermediate’s choir director; for their unwavering dedication and commitment to their students.
