Wall Police Blotter: DWI, Drug Arrests For Feb. 12-21
Seven people were charged with driving while intoxicated during the 10-day period. A 9-1-1 hangup call led to two other arrests.

Wall Township Police Chief Robert Brice reports the following arrests between Feb. 12 and Feb. 21:
FEB. 12
Dennis R. Burrough Jr., 49, of Eatontown, on charges of driving while intoxicated subsequent to a motor vehicle accident investigation near 817 17th Avenue, about 6:30 p.m. by Patrolman Michael Tancredi. Burrough was released with a summons.

Nicole C. Veverka, 22, of Brick, on charges of possession of marijuana under 50 grams and drug paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop for tinted windows on Route 35 near 18th Avenue at 8:35 p.m., by Patrolman Kevin Wagner. Veverka was released with a summons.
Courtney Miller, 21, of Manasquan, on charges of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and drug paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop for failure to maintain lane and tailgating on Route 35 near Meetinghouse Road about 11:20 p.m. by Sgt. Miles Shanklin. Miller was released with a summons.

FEB. 13
Joseph Dibernardo, 30, of Cliffwood Beach, on a charge of driving while intoxicated subsequent to a motor vehicle stop for failure to maintain lane near the area of Ocean Road and Heather Drive at 3:47 a.m. by Patrolman Steven Swenson. Dibernardo was released with a summons.
FEB. 14
Karen E. Collaso, 46, of Manalapan, on a charge of driving while intoxicated subsequent to a motor vehicle stop for failure to maintain lane on Route 35 about 1:45 a.m. by Patrolman Anthony Marino. Collaso was released with a summons.
Andrew C. Letsche, 26, of Freehold, on charges of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and drug paraphernalia subsequent to a motor vehicle stop for failure to maintain lane at the intersection of Route 34 and Route 33 at 10:14 pm, by Patrolman Wagner. Letsche was released with a summons.
Mercedes L. Joughin, 21, of Brick, on charges of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and drug paraphernalia subsequent to a motor vehicle stop for expired inspection and maintenance of lamps on Route 35 near Warren Avenue at 10:18 p.m. by Patrolman Tancredi. Joughin was released with a summons.
FEB. 17
Adrian Hughes 5th, 37, of Baltimore, on a charge of driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop. The stop was conducted on Belmar Boulevard near New Bedford Road at 11:52 p.m. by Patrolman Swenson after Hughes was seen failing to maintain his lane of travel. Hughes was released with a summons.
FEB. 18
Brittany M. Gibson, 27, of Forked River, on charges of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop. The motor vehicle stop was conducted shortly after midnight by Patrolman Wagner after Gibson failed to maintain her lane of travel Route 35 near 18th Avenue. Gibson was released with a summons.
Alex T. Castellano, 20, of Jackson, on charges of possession of marijuana under 50 grams, and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at 1:47 a.m. by Patrolman Tancredi. Castellano was stopped on Interstate 195, west of Route 34 after failing to maintain his lane of travel. Castellano was released with a summons.
FEB. 19
Susan Maure, 19, and Calli Colvin, 18, both of Jackson, on charges of possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop for speeding about 9 p.m. by Patrolwoman Megan Alexander. The motor vehicle stop was conducted at Route 138 near Club Drive. Maure and Colvin were released with summonses.
Stephen Church, 52, of Middletown, on a charge of driving while intoxicated, as a result of an investigation into a single-car crash in the area of Allenwood Road near Liberty Lane about 10 p.m., by Patrolman Jack Gramlich. Church was released with a summons.
Matthew Giarratano, 44, and Jamie Chelberg, 32, both of Wall, in the wake of an investigation of a 9-1-1 hangup call shortly before 11 p.m. Patrolmen Shane Roland and Patrick Brady responded to the call from the area of Atlantic Avenue near Route 35. The 9-1-1 call was made in error, however, during the on-scene investigation, Roland Giarratano on a charge of possession of prescription medication without a prescription. Brady arrested Chelberg on an outstanding warrant from Spring Lake Heights municipal court for $1,000. Giarratano was released with a summons; Chelberg was released after posting bail.
Darrius Seward, 33, of Neptune,on a charge of possession of marijuana under 50 grams and a warrant out of Asbury Park municipal court for $501. Seward was arrested just after 11 p.m. following a motor vehicle stop for maintenance of lamps on Wall Church Road near New Bedford Road by Patrolman Orin McKay. Seward posted bail and was released with a summons.
FEB. 20
Yalanda Labarre, 44, of Wrightstown, on a charge of possession of marijuana under 50 grams following a motor vehicle stop for failure to observe a traffic signal at 1:32 a.m. by Patrolman Alexander. The motor vehicle stop was conducted on Morning Star Road near Route 70. Labarre was released with a summons.
Justin J. Williams, 33, of Asbury Park, on a charge of possession of marijuana under 50 grams and a warrant out of Wall municipal court for $1,399, following a motor vehicle stop for a parking violation about 3 a.m. by Patrolman Justin Hudson. The motor vehicle stop was conducted on Route 35 near Marietta Road. Judge Josepeh Defino set bail at $1,000 with no 10 percent option on the complaint warrant. Williams was transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution in default of bail.
Domonik Targonski, 21, of Belmar, on a charge of driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop for maintenance of lamps at 1310 Route 34, about 3:40 a.m. by Patrolman Gramlich. Targonski was released with a summons.
Victoria Labrutto, 49, of Toms River, was arrested at 3:15 a.m. by Patrolman Craig Whitman on a charge of theft of cash subsequent to an investigation at the Brook 35 & West Shopping Plaza, 2150 Route 35. Labrutto was released with a summons.
Amy Killian, 35, of Point Pleasant, on charges of possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop for speeding on Route 138 near Club Drive at 7:42 p.m. by Patrolman Joe Antunez. Killian was released with a summons.
FEB. 21
Brian Hilla, 47, of Brielle, on a charge of driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop for failure to maintain lane at 1916 Route 35 about 1 a.m. by Patrolman Tancredi. Hilla was released with a summons.
Yainel Hernandez, 26, of Brick, on a charge of possession of marijuana under 50 grams following a motor vehicle stop for an expired registration on Route 35 near Church Street about 3 a.m. by Patrolman Gramlich. Hernandez was released with a summons.
