Wall Police Issue Curfew Reminder For Halloween Weekend
If your children are going to be out and about without you, they have to be off the streets by a certain time.

WALL, NJ — Halloween seems to bring out the prankster in many kids, and it's with that in mind that the Wall Township Police Department has issued a reminder about the township's curfew.
The Halloween curfew is in effect all weekend through Tuesday, Nov. 1, and prohibits juveniles from being out on the streets after 9 p.m., Wall Police Detective Lt. Greg Carpino said.
The curfew, codified in the township's ordinances, is in effect from Saturday, Oct. 29 and covers the time from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Juveniles may not be out unless they are accompanied by their parents or a guardian, or unless they are engaged in or traveling to or from a business occupation, engaged in an errand involving a medical emergency or attendance at an extracurricular school activity, or an activity sponsored by a religious or community-based organization.
The ordinance says it is "unlawful for any parent or guardian to allow an unaccompanied juvenile to be on any public street or in any public place during those hours."
