Where Is Kimberly Pedre?
The 16-year-old Monmouth County girl, who also has lived in Brick, ran away Feb. 4 and has disappeared without a trace. Have you seen her?
It has been two weeks since Kimberly Pedre wrote her mother a note and then left home.
In those two weeks, there has been no sign of the 16-year-old from Howell. No contact with family. None of her friends have said they’ve heard from her.. No replies to messages her mother has left her through Facebook.
Nothing.

The Facebook page Our Howell NJ has carried reminders daily seeking information on the girl, with updates from the girl’s mother. And Howell Township Police are actively involved in searching for Pedre, though they are not commenting on the search because she is a minor.
The administrator of Our Howell NJ added a flyer, posted above, and pinned the post to the top of the page today. And the administrator, who is in contact with Pedre’s mother, posted a message from the mother today that said Kimberly’s information is being added to a national database. That message reads:

“She is being entered into the National Missing and Exploited Children data base. We are doing everything possible in finding her. I have made several pleas on her FB wall for her to come home if she is indeed out there and was able to see my message or if any of her friends know ANYTHING at all, whether it be directly from her or third party to please come forward with any info. We are worried sick. Again, if any of her friends see this and know or have heard something... ANYTHING at all!! Please contact the police. If you see her, you need to contact YOUR LOCAL police department immediately! This is not a game. I have no clue if she is ran away with a friend or was lured and tricked & is in danger. I just don’t know & that is what is killing us. It’s all been very upsetting as you can imagine. Please just continue to keep her safety in your prayers. Thank you & God bless”
Pedre and her family also lived in Brick for a time and attended Veterans Memorial Middle School and Brick Memorial High School, according to family members who contacted the Brick Patch.
Kimberly Pedre has been missing since Wednesday, Feb. 4, when she left her home near Taunton School in Howell. She is 4-foot-11, between 80 and 100 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
She may have left home wearing a pair of chocolate brown Ugg boots and a black pea coat.
She did not have a cell phone when she left, and the texting/messaging feature on her iPod is turned off.
Anyone with information on Kimberly’s whereabouts can contact the Howell Township Police Department at 732-938-4575.
