WILLS FOR HEROES - Free Wills For First Responders

In an effort to show appreciation for the daily sacrifices of first
responders throughout New Jersey, MONOC Mobile Health Services and the Young
Lawyers Division of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) is offering a
Wills For Heroes program at MONOC’s Education Center in Wall, NJ on Saturday,
August 24, 2013. The Wills for Heroes program proudly offers free Wills to New Jersey’s first responders and their spouses/partner.

To offer these estate planning documents to New Jersey first
responders efficiently and at no cost, the Wills do not cover many issues for
persons with larger or complicated estates, beneficiaries with special needs,
and beneficiaries that cannot handle finances. The program also is not
appropriate for persons who want to set up or require sophisticated Trusts. As
defined in the Wills for Heroes program, a large estate exceeds $675,000.

WHEN: Saturday, August 24, 2013, by appointment only.
