• Passaic GOP completes countywide slate with Leonard, Kopec selections (newjerseyglobe.com) — Wanaque residents will see a familiar name on the county ballot this November, as Wanaque Councilman Ed Leonard has been chosen by Passaic County Republicans to run for county commissioner. Leonard joins Passaic businessman Marko Kopec and others on a GOP slate aiming to chip away at the Democrats’ 7-0 majority on the Passaic County Board of Commissioners.
