(roi-nj.com) — A major commercial property at 205 Route 23 in Wantage, including Wantage Plaza and a large self-storage facility, has been sold to U-Haul's real estate arm. The deal keeps the shopping center fully leased with long-term local and regional tenants, while giving U-Haul room to expand storage offerings and potentially add more units on the 13-acre site.
