$1.47M Awarded In Slip-And-Fall Case At Warren Office
The Watchung woman had been working at a dental office in Warren when she slipped on water from a leaking sprinkler system.

WARREN, NJ — A Watchung woman is getting about $1.47 million following a slip-and-fall incident at a Warren dental office in 2014.
A Somerset County jury ruled in Christine Reiss’ favor following an eight-day trial earlier this month. Reiss was represented by Somerville attorneys Dina Confalone and Dennis Fackelman.
Reiss, 55, had worked with Dr. James McMeniman at the Warren Medical Center, 65 Mountain Blvd., in Warren as a dental assistant when she slipped on water that had leaked from a sprinkler system in September 2014.

As a result Reiss suffered a back injury that required multiple surgeries, which in the end could not fix the issue. She no longer has the ability to work, according to the Confalone & Fackelman, LLC.
Reiss filed the law suit in April 2018 against the complex and property owner Warren Medical Center Condo Association and Arthur Edwards Inc. along with Premier Management Association, Pineda's Cleaners and Hyro-Tek.
