36-Unit Special Needs Housing Complex Proposed In Warren

A public hearing is planned on Monday for the proposed Cawley's Crossing on Mountain Avenue.

WARREN, NJ — A 36-unit special needs affordable housing complex is being proposed in Warren. A public hearing on the application will be held on Monday night before the township Planning Board.

The application submitted by BCUW/Madeline Partners, LLC is seeking preliminary and final major site plan approval with the Planning Board for the property at 188 Mountain Ave., which is located near Wagner Farm.

The special needs, 100 percent affordable residential development will include six cottages to house the 36-units and one community building. Variances are not anticipated to be needed for the project.

The public will have a chance to comment on the project at the meeting being held in the Susie Boyce Court Room at 44 Mountain Blvd. in Warren.
