WARREN, NJ — Warren Township officials, residents and students came together Friday to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
The Township Committee gathered with community members for a special remembrance ceremony honoring those who died and the first responders who answered the call, according to Warren Township.
The ceremony included guest speakers Aarav Desai, a student at Warren Middle School, and Tom Soldiviero, a retired New York City Police Department member. The township thanked the two for sharing their reflections and "helping us remember the significance of this day."
