Baseball Game To Help Warren's Quaid Get Standing Wheelchair

BRIDGEWATER, NJ — A Somerset Patriots baseball game on Aug. 19 will help raise money for Warren local Quaid Mobus to buy a standing wheelchair.

Mobus, who became a quadriplegic following an all-terrain vehicle accident in September 2013, turned his injury into something positive through The Quaid R Mobus Foundation.

Now he is raising money for his Quaid Mobus Fund to help cover the costs for a standing wheelchair.

The baseball game is at 5 p.m. at the Somerset Patriots Stadium at 860 E. Main St. in Bridgewater. Tickets are $11.50 each. To buy tickets visit somersetpatriots.com/tickets/groupportal and use password is Quaid18.
