GRADES 7 -9 10.30A.M - 12.45P.M

Younger grades will focus on small group skill lessons and will scrimmage each other. Older grades will practice with and scrimmage the Varsity team itself (the younger kids are welcome to stay and watch). Everyone will learn and have fun

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:

For and in consideration, the undersigned parent(s) or guardian(s) of the participant in the Hardwood Club Warriors Team Practice, hereby give permission for my/our minor child or ward to participate in the Hardwood Club Warriors Team Practice. I/we represent that my/our minor child or ward is in proper physical health and condition to participate in the Hardwood Club Warriors Team Practice. I/we understand and acknowledge that there are certain risks of physical injury in participating in the Hardwood Club Warriors Team Practice and I/we agree to assume the full risk of any injuries, including death, or loss which the undersigned or my/our minor child/ward may sustain as a result of participating in any and all activities connected with or associated with the Hardwood Club Warriors Team Practice. I/we do hereby declare that I/we waive all claims of any kind or nature against the Hardwood Club Warriors Team Practice, its officials, officers, agents, employees, and volunteers from any and all claims arising from injuries, including death, damage or loss, including losses to personal property which I/we or my/our minor child or ward may incur or may accrue to me or my/our minor child or ward on account of participation in the Hardwood Club Warriors Team Practice. I/we further agree to indemnify and hold harmless and defend the Hardwood Club Warriors Team Practice, its officials, officers, agents, employees and volunteers from any and all claims resulting from injuries, including death, damages and losses, including losses to personal property sustained by the undersigned or my/our minor child or ward arising out of the Hardwood Club Warriors Team Practice. I/we have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents. I/we understand that this is a release of liability and is binding. I/we sign this agreement under our own free will. With registration for the Hardwood Club Warriors Team Practice activity, the participant (or parent/guardian of a minor) assumes all risks associated with participation in the program, and hereby releases and holds harmless the Hardwood Club, Inc., its employees, partners, or volunteers from any claims of injury or losses of property that may occur as a result of participation in the activity.
