Hello Triwomen! It's a new year and we hope you've all resolved to do a triathlon in 2011. We'll be kicking off our 2011 season in the next few weeks with 2 meetings. The meetings will cover the exact same things, so pick the one that's most convenient for you and bring your friends and recruits. Thursday February 3rd at 7:30P JCC of Central NJ, 1391 Martine Avenue, Scotch Plains. The JCC requires photo id at the door, so please plan to arrive 10 - 15 minutes early if possible - a long line can form at sign in and we're planning to
begin on time.

Who are Triwomen SPFW? A group of adventurous women in Scotch Plains, Fanwood, Westfield, and surrounding areas of NJ who are training for a Women's Sprint Triathlon!
You do not need to be a member of either FSPY or the JCC to attend our workshops. Our workshops are free, and we have a "Yes, We Can!" campaign whereby we accept small voluntary donations (like $1) at each workshop. At the end of the season we donate the proceeds to the FSPY and JCC capital campaigns as thanks for their tremendous generosity in supporting our group all year long. Our leadership team is planning another great year for you. Hope to see you on either Jan 26th or Feb 3rd!
