Active adults ages 60 and above are invited to a free demonstration of Chair Yoga at the Senior Center at 10:30 am. Yoga postures and movements performed in a chair will be demonstrated. Chair Yoga increases blood circulation and improves balance, posture, mobility, muscle and bone health. An eight-week Chair Yoga class will be offered starting May 5th. Registration is required.
