Shirley Wallitsch was first introduced to the Pilates method as she searched for an exercise routine to help after her knee injury. Shirley says that through Pilates she “had found a movement exercise that not only helped my knee, but awakened my soul.” Shirley’s training taught her to evaluate the whole person and modify exercises to meet each individual’s needs, allowing her to work with all different clients - from those who want to increase their fitness level and health, to others with osteoporosis or neck, back, shoulder and knee problems. Shirley focuses on guiding her students towards whole body health - balancing the mind, body and spirit.
