Tai Chi classes will be held from 9:15am to 10:15am at the Senior Center. This event will be a ten week session for beginners. Some studies have shown that Tai Chi can reduce pain, fatigue and stiffness and create a greater sense of well being. Regular participation in Tai Chi can help reduce falls in the elderly or those with balance related disorders. Advanced registration is required. Contact 908-704-6346 for further information.
