Man Located in Attempted Luring of Warren Student
"It has been determined that the individual involved intended no harm," Warren Township Chief of Police William Keane said

Warren, NJ -- The man involved in an attempted luring of a Warren Township Middle School student on Feb. 4 has been located and identified, Warren Township Chief of Police William Keane announced.
The attempted luring occured on Feb. 4 around 7:35 a.m., when a 13-year-old student reported while waiting for the school bus, he was approached in his driveway by a man.
The man reportedly told police he thought his own child had missed the bus and was driving to another bus stop to catch it. There he reportedly spoke with a student waiting for the same bus in an attempt to locate the it.

The student ran back inside the house and the incident was reported to Warren Police.
“It has been determined that the individual involved intended no harm,” Keane reported. “It is with the utmost confidence that the Warren Township Police Department has closed this investigation.”
