The dry well was located behind the neighbor's house and covered in brush. Mansour's father found Charley when he went to check out the neighbor's detached garage thinking maybe he was in there.

"My father had Charley's squeaky toy and was squeaking it to see if he would get a reaction when he heard him barking," Mansour said.

Her dad jumped into the well and Mansour brought a step ladder to help the two get out.

Charley was not hurt, just happy to be reunited with his owners.

"He was just so excited to see us and started playing with us right away," Mansour said.

Mansour thanked all of the community members for their concern and help in finding Charley.
