Strength in Singles Matches Puts Watchung Hills Over Pingry

The Watchung Hills Regional mens tennis team swept all of Tuesday's singles matches against Pingry to win the meet 4-1, at Pingry. Freshman Tim Gavornik continued his strong playing at third singles, beating Josh Chin in straight sets.

Brian Faig (WH) d. Michael O'Reilly 6-0, 6-4;

Tristan Sun (WH) d. Brian Li 6-3, 6-3;

Tim Gavornik (WH) d. Josh Chin 6-0, 6-1.

Doubles:

Dylan Sun and Maulen Hemani (P) d. Max Weinerman and Nate Luke 6-0, 6-3;

Abhinov Dantuluri and Michael Ma (WH) d. Arvind Jyeagar and Neeray Sheekar 6-4, 6-1.
