Warrior volleyball team loses on road to Hillsborough.
The Watchung Hills High School volleyball team lost to top ranked Hillsborough in straight sets Wednesday as their record fell to 2-9.

IN SHORT
The Raiders were too strong at the net, both offensively and defensively, for the visiting Warriors.
The Raiders started the first game strong taking a quick 3-0. After the Warriors closed to 3-2 the Raiders scored six straight to open up a 9-2 lead. Too many unforced mistakes in the first game doomed the Warriors.
In the second game the Warriors scored first and traded points with the Raiders taking one point leads only to have the Raiders tie the game. With the Warriors leading 6-5 the Raiders put together three straight points to take an 8-6 lead. After trading points with the score 12-9 the Raiders ran off six straight to open up a nine point lead putting the game away.
