$150K Winning Lottery Ticket Sold In Watchung

WATCHUNG, NJ — It may have not been the Powerball jackpot, but a ticket sold in Somerset County claimed a third-tier prize winning $150,000.

The third-tier winning ticket was sold at the Speedy Mart at 17 Johnson Dr. in Watchung. It was among six tickets sold that matched four of the five white balls and the Powerball drawn winning the $50,000 third-tier prize for the Saturday, May 19 drawing.

The Watchung ticket along with one sold from Middlesex County were purchased with Power Play multiplying the prizes to $150,000.

The $315.3 million Powerball jackpot winning ticket was sold at ShopRite in Hackensack.

Here is a full list of the winning tickets from Saturday night’s drawing:

• Somerset County ($150,000): Speedy Mart, 17 Johnson Dr., Watchung;
• Middlesex County ($150,000): Quick Convenience, 2625 Woodbridge Ave., Edison;
• Bergen County ($50,000): CBR Lodi LLC/BP, 179 US Highway 46, Lodi;
• Bergen County ($50,000): Mini Mart, 300 Park Ave., Rutherford;
• Camden County ($50,000): 7-Eleven #36707, 82 Route 73, Voorhees; and
• Morris County ($50,000): Acme #1077, 123 East Main St., Denville.

The winning numbers for the Saturday drawing were: 03, 06, 09, 17 and 56. The Red Power Ball number was 25. The Multiplier number was 03. The Powerball jackpot reset to $40 million for the next drawing
to be held Wednesday at 10:59 p.m.
