6 Warrant Arrests Made In Watchung
A total of six people were arrested on active warrants and one for shoplifting in Watchung, police reported.

WATCHUNG, NJ — A total of six people were arrested on active warrants and one for shoplifting in Watchung, police reported.
Watchung Police blotter:
On Dec. 2 at 3:37 p.m.: Angel Castilloverastegu, 69, of Plainfield was arrested for Shoplifting jewelry worth $79.99 from Sears on Route 22 East. Castilloverastegu removed a ring from a box and placed it in his coat pocket and attempted to leave the store. He was released with on a summonses.

On Nov. 28 at 12:58 p.m.: Rashaan Oneal, 28, of Newark for having an active warrant out of Springfield Municipal Court for $750 following a traffic stop on Bonnie Burn Road. He was processed and turned over to Springfield Police.
On Dec. 2 at 8:22 a.m.: Musa Mustapha, 40, of Newark was arrested for having an active warrant out of Bloomfield following a traffic stop on Somerset Street. He was transported to headquarters, processed and released after posting bail.

On Dec. 1 at 10:36 a.m.: Anthony Abdul, 26, of East Orange was arrested for Hindering Apprehension, Contempt of Court and for having an active warrant during a traffic stop on Route 22 West. Abdul gave fake information about himself to police and police found a hand rolled cigar of marijuana on him. He was transported to headquarters, processed and released after posting $300 bail.
On Dec. 1 at 11:03 p.m.: Tyrell Creighton, 24, of Englewood was arrested for having a warrant out of Bloomfield for $114 and having a suspended license following a traffic stop on Route 22 East. He was transported to headquarters and processed.
On Nov. 30 at 8:56 p.m.: Kieonna Beasley, 25, of Plainfield was arrested for having a warrant out of Union Township for $300. She was transported to headquarters, processed and released after posting bail with a summons.
On Nov. 30 at 1:06 a.m.: Jazmin Juarez, 25, of North Plainfield was arrested for Driving While Suspended and having a warrant out of Green Brook for $300. She was transported to headquarters, processed and released with a summons.
